After receiving your form submission, I will review your information and may reach out to you for any additional details. In some cases, I might request dental x-rays or pictures to better assess your situation.
Step 3: Email Confirmation and Zoom Link
Once we have all the necessary information, I will prepare for your upcoming consultation. This may involve conducting additional research and creating customized slides to address your individual needs. You will receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link for your comprehensive and personalised video consultation.

How to request your dental x-rays
X-rays and intra-oral pictures (if available) are invaluable for a good analysis.
How to request your most recent x-rays:
Simply call your dentist and ask reception if they would kindly email your x-rays to you, or email your dentist with the below written request.
